These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users of our website and customers of Bezzie Babez (including browsers, buyers and other users). By accessing or using our services or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of the Terms, you must not use the website or make a purchase.
1. General
We are Bezzie Babez, a brand of Bea Social Ltd (Company No. 15445463) whose registered office is B39 & B42 North London Studios, The Ridgeway, London, NW7 1RP, United Kingdom.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
We reserve the right to modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on our website. Your continued use of the site following changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility and Age
By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have given consent from a parent or legal guardian. You may not purchase items for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
3. Product Information & Availability
We endeavour to display as accurately as possible the colours, packaging, and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the true colour, design or texture of the product.
All products and services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue or vary products at any time without notice.
Any description of the products is for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding representation, unless expressly stated.
4. Ordering & Prices
All prices are stated in UK £ and include UK VAT (where applicable), unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping, delivery and handling charges will be added at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before dispatch.
By placing an order you offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms. After we accept your order (by email confirmation), we form a contract with you.
5. Payment
We accept payment by the methods indicated on our website at the time of purchase.
Payment will be taken at the time of order (or as otherwise specified).
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information. You also agree to promptly update your payment information if it changes.
6. Delivery & Risk
Orders will be delivered to the delivery address you provide at checkout.
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we deliver the goods to the address you provided or hand over to the carrier.
If goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery (unless otherwise stated) and retain all packaging and evidence to assist us.
We make no guarantee of a specific delivery time though we aim to dispatch within the timeframe shown on the product page. Delays can occur for reasons beyond our control.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Non-customised items may be returned in accordance with your rights under UK consumer law if they are faulty or not as described.
Custom or personalised items (including bespoke slime mixes or artwork) are non-refundable unless faulty.
If you cancel an order outside of statutory cooling-off rights (where applicable) you may be liable for costs already incurred by us.
If you wish to return a product under a valid return right, you must contact us for instructions and obtain a Return Authorisation. You must return the goods in the condition in which you received them, using secure packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the goods have been used, opened, or are not returned in a resaleable condition.
We will refund or replace faulty goods in accordance with UK consumer protection laws (“short-term right to reject,” “right to repair or replace,” etc).
Any refund will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
Our products are intended for use as toys/crafts only. They are not edible. Keep them out of reach of children, pets, and vulnerable individuals. You should read all safety instructions and ingredient information.
We provide our goods “as is” and to the extent permitted by law without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bea Social Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, agents or affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the goods or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability will be limited to the refund of the purchase price of the product.
We require a customer to pay for a return label/postage for a refund if the customer is returning unwanted goods

All content on the website (text, graphics, logos, artwork, audio, video, design) is owned or licensed by Bea Social Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service or products without our express written permission.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
